Step 2.  After mixing, put 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Now give them a quick mix.

Step 3.  Take another large bowl for dry ingredients, put 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 3/4 tsp cream of tartar, and 1/2 tsp salt, and give them a good stir.

Step 4.  Now put the mixture of dry ingredients into the wet. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup buttermilk. Mix them until the batter becomes smooth.

Step 5.  It’s time to fill the muffin tin. Using an ice cream scooper, fill the muffin tins. Sprinkle generously over the top of each muffin with cinnamon.
